In June of this year SCM World and Martin Christopher, Emeritus Professor of Marketing and Logistics at Cranfield School of Management conducted a global survey of 819 cross-industry senior executives to gain an understanding of how organisations are exploiting the opportunities for collaborative working through adopting B2B e-commerce solutions. This live webinar, led by Martin Christopher, gives you the exclusive opportunity to hear the results of this very significant survey and question Martin in real-time around his findings and analysis.

Traditionally supply chains have been designed from the factory outwards to enable the operations of the supplier to be optimised. Now, with a change in the balance of power, the supply chain needs to be designed from the customer backwards, moving away from the ‘one size fits all’ mindset toward the recognition that key clients require customised solutions that meet their specific needs. This tailored approach to supply chain design has allowed for greater customer-supplier relationships to be formed and most notably increased information sharing. Such customer-supplier collaboration, supported by modern B2B e-commerce tools, has enabled the connection of supply chains from one end to the other, resulting in increased visibility and customer value and reduced inventory and transactions costs.

Register now for this webinar and qualify to be one of the first to receive a copy of Martin's subsequent report!
